Assurance services include: audit, review, and compilation services. We provide audit services exclusively to not-for-profit organizations (GAAP and Single Audit A133 based audits) established as charities, charter schools & trade associations under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Sections 501 (c)(3), 501 (c)(4) & 501 (c)(6), respectively, as well as certain other not-for-profit organizations (NPO) established under IRS Code Section 527. We provide review and compilation services to not-for-profit organizations and small businesses operating virtually in any industry.
We are experienced CPAs and experts in generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP"), generally accepted auditing standards ("GAAS"), and governmental auditing standards ("GAS").
